This website is run by Three Monkeys Wildlife Conservancy, a Belgian NGO (registration 0741.669.522). This page explains, in plain words, what personal data the website handles and why.

The contact form

If you write to us through the “Contact us” form, we receive your name (optional), your email address, your message and the page you sent it from.

We use this only to read and answer your message. The message is passed on by email, through Cloudflare, to the person who looks after this website for us, and from there to the people at Three Monkeys who can answer you. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or add you to a mailing list. We keep a message only as long as it is needed to answer you and follow up.

Visits to the website

The website runs on Cloudflare, which delivers the pages and keeps them secure. To do this it processes technical data such as your IP address, and it gives us overall traffic figures (for example, how many visits, and from which countries). We do not use these figures to identify you.

The website does not load any advertising or tracking scripts, and the fonts are stored on the website itself, so no visitor data is sent to Google or other third parties for them.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies, so there is nothing to accept or refuse.

Your rights

Under European data protection law (GDPR) you can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or limit how we use it. You can also object to how we use it. To do any of this, write to us at [email protected] or use the contact form.

If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority: www.autoriteprotectiondonnees.be.
